Our Home & Away Supporter app is designed for sports organisations wanting to engage their fans at the stadium – as well as those watching at home. It delivers a highly interactive, flexible user experience that ensures you are connecting with fans wherever they may be.
The app also provides excellent opportunities for partner exposure and in-app order at the stadium, and at home.
The Home & Away Supporter app is a two-sided interface, where users are able to select whether they are ‘At The Game’ or ‘At Home’. The app then presents a customised experience based on their location.
Optional features on the ‘AT THE GAME‘ side include:
- Send messages and photos to the big screen (and/or your social channels)
- Request a song from the DJ
- Enter online competitions
- Enter offline competitions (such as being part of the half-time activities)
- Vote for their MVP (or any vote-based activation)
- In-app mini-games
- Full programmes and player profiles
- Stadium maps and information
- Live league ladders and stats
- Message the team
- Realtime expected wait times
- Feedback and security messaging
- Ticket promotions/purchases
- Partner promotions (with click-thru to partner websites)
- Individual branding of any of the above
There is also the option to add new revenue streams, including:
- Pre-order food and drink packages
- ‘Skip the queue’ ordering (with notifications)
- Order food and drink to be delivered to your seat
- Purchase Merchandise (pick up or delivery)
- Book ‘fan experiences’
- Customised VIP pass and upgrade packages

HOME & AWAY + Live Streaming
This version of the app offers all the features above, but the ‘At Home’ side includes a live stream view within the app.
If you have broadcast rights, you can stream the game itself in-app – with the ability to cast from the app to a smart TV – while adding any promotional and interactive content you want to include.
Alternatively, you can stream a ‘second screen’ experience, such as watch-along commentary (a la Alternative Commentary Collective), your own behind-the-scenes view of the game, user-generated content, or a combination of all these.
We can also add any additional features your organisation may require.
